Your Real Estate Resource

The role of a real estate agent is to guide you through the buying or selling process, taking the time to make sure you understand every step of the transaction. I am absolutely committed to fulfilling your needs with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and service. My commitment to your satisfaction is the foundation from which a solid business relationship is built whether it be marketing your listing, a standard sale, a SHORT SALE purchase or sale or the purchase of a FORECLOSURE property (CALL ME FOR AREA FORECLOSURE LISTS and/or the ability to SEARCH ON YOUR OWN).

I realize that people do business with people they trust. I am interested in what is best for you, the client, and am committed to establishing a long-term relationship based on trust. I pride myself on being knowledgeable and staying current with changes in the industry that will affect the success of your transaction. You have worked hard to be able to purchase the home of your dreams. I feel the responsibility to make those dreams a reality and pursue the right solution enthusiastically.

ENTHUSIASM WORKING FOR YOU

Helping people make one of their most important decisions is a serious responsibility, but something that I enjoy doing.  This enthusiasm and hard work will benefit you and help reduce the stress and anxiety often associated with real estate transactions.

ESTABLISHED CREDIBILITY

I have been a full time Top Producing agent since 1974 in the South Bay cities of Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach and Torrance as well as the cities of El Segundo, Hawthorne, Lawndale, Gardena, and Lomita.  My expertise also extends to "The Hill" cities of Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills as well as to San Pedro and Long Beach.

In the 1970s, I was an owner of one of the Top Producing Real Estate companies in the Marina del Rey/Venice area which also included the marketing areas of Playa del Rey, Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Palms, West Los Angeles, as well as the Inglewood, Ladera Heights, Fox Hills and Culver City areas..  I have many professional contacts in these areas and continue to represent buyers and sellers in these areas.

LONG STANDING COMMITMENT TO REAL ESTATE

I am continually seeking to expand my knowledge in my profession through ongoing participation in not only our local Association of Realtors, of which I am a two-time Past President (2001 & 2004), but also through ongoing involvement in The California Association of Realtors as a State Director, with membership on the Real Estate Finance Committee, the Federal Issues Committee and, for the year 2008, as the Chairperson of the Taxation Committee.  I was appointed in August 2008 as the 2009 Chairperson of the Real Estate Finance Committee.  I believe that my total involvement in my profession affords my clients the latest information on new/proposed tax issues as well as advance knowledge of potential private property rights issues.
